Return Policy

On most products, You may return the unused item in its original packaging within 15 days unless otherwise noted. A refund of the merchandise and taxes will be given however shipping and handling for the delivery and pick up will not be refunded. After the items are received back at the warehouse and inspected, refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment. i.e. A purchase made with a credit card: a refund will be issued to the original account. Please note that we may request for you to email/send pictures of damaged or defective merchandise.

Sometimes, there can be glass breakage during shipping. We must be notified within 48 hours of receiving the fixture. If this occurs, please note which and/or how many panels are damaged and we will send you out new pieces of glass to you ASAP.

Fixtures and accessories, marked Discontinued, Final Sale, No Refund, No Returns, are not returnable for refund. If they are damaged in shipping, you will need to provide us with a picture, via email. If it is determined the damage was due to shipping, a new fixture, if available, will be sent out to you. If there are none available, a refund will be issued.

*Returns of products purchased online are accepted within 15days of the original ship date.

*The Fixture must be packaged securely in the original shipping container. All parts glass, instructions must be included. We recommend carrier insurance to cover any return shipping mishaps that might occur.
